The maximum stroke of the pusher is 4.3 m, the pushing speed is 0.1 M / s, and the return speed is 0.23 M / s. The two pushers have left and right single action and linkage working modes. The pusher will push the billet together Push the steel into the furnace one by one, so that at most 30 pieces of steel in the furnace can be heated at the same time. Therefore, when the two push rods are linked to push the steel into the furnace, it is necessary to keep the two push rods synchronous, and the synchronous error is within ± 12 mm, so as to ensure that the billet enters the furnace horizontally, or there is a billet inclined. After the accumulated inclination, the whole furnace steel will tilt or even turn over, and the whole rolling line will be shut down due to furnace scraping.
